Since I can't ride my motocycle to college with my broken fingers, T came to pick me up in the car. While I was waiting for her I tried some long exposure shots. I liked this beaten up old Honda CB parked on 19th Ave outside college.

#87 Cheap Sex

T and I entered the rabit warren that is Green Apple Books after dinner at Troya, while trying to find the photography technique (used) section we came across this rack. Ever the bargin hunter T was facinated by this book which was 60% off and will live on our coffee table for a while as a conversation piece.

We did take a visit ClendarLand, but it wasn't all it's cracked up to be.

#86 Rust

This is part of an old fork lift that was sitting behind one of the buildings at college. I liked the textures and the colors. Living this close to the ocean things rust a lot quicker here than they do even a couple of miles further inland. It seems to be much more of a problem with out motorcycles than the cars.

T and I both worked from home today. It was glorious sunshine and claer blue sky, so at lunch we walked across the park to return a dvd and have something to eat. On the way back we walked through the music concorse and the sun was hitting these steps at just the right angle to cast these great shadows.

#84 X-Rays

I got injured playing soccer last night. I disslocated my ring finger and either on the way out or on the way back in chipped the bone. Also took a tiny tiny chip out of a bone in the little finger.

Looking back on it, putting my own finger back into joint and then playing another 20 minues probably wasn't the smartest thing to do becuase I have a massive amount of school work it all needs to be typed.

This morning was sunny and very warm, these little flowers were sat on our neighbor's steps waiting to be planted. By the time I got home they were all in little pots in the courtyard.

#82 Liquid Brunch

T has to go to Chicago for a couple of days for a work thing. Before she left we had brunch with M & S at Slow Club. The girls ordered alcoholic blackberry lemonade's with their meals. S and I were still recovering from the massive amounts we drank watching England.

#81 Dark Day

Got to the bar early to catch the end of the Liverpool v Everton game (we were robbed!) Then watched England lose in the final of the rugby world cup (they played very well, couldn't ask for more) then preceded to get very drunk. By about 6pm we stumbled home and saw that it was Lights Out SF day, in which for one hour 8-9pm you were asked to turn out all your lights except for one energy efficent CFL bulb. Even Google got in on the act by turning their home page black for anyone logging on from the Bay Area.

T and I went to the deYoung to see the Peter Max and Nan Kemper exhibits Firday evening, then out to dinner, was nice to spend some time together, we've both been so busy we hardly see each other.

Due to a bit of a miscalculation I ended up having to wok really late to turn in an assignment for one of my college classes. It was due at midnight and I turned it in at 11:49pm. This is a close up of a bottle of sprite that helped get me through.
