I think these are from the poppy family, they are planted all along the side of the highway in San Francisco and Marin counties. This was shot for the "Shooting Up" group challenge 'Orange'

I love pudding, I could eat it for every meal every day for a year and still love it. These sugar free ones are only 60 calories. Sure it's goit that fake sugar stuff that probably causes cancer, but it's a risk I'm willing to take.

I ran 5 miles last week. The last time I ran 5 miles in a week, I was 15 years younger and 60lbs lighter. My feet are rebelling after yesterday's 2 mile tun, I think I might have bruised the outside of my left foot.

After my 2 mile run T and I took the dogs, a blanket and a couple of books and lay in the park for a few hours.
I took some pictures while lying on the grass.
