Inspired by Flickr's "Project 365" and my friend Kathy, I will attempt to post one picture per day for a year starting August 1st 2007. Sometimes the pictures will be artistic, sometimes they will be things that were important to me on that day and other times they will just be pictures of things I thought were funny. I am sure a lot of poorly shot, poorly composed photos will be taken, but hopefully so will one or two great ones.

#67 Swing Low Sweet Chariots!

67/365, originally uploaded by AXO - 365.

Don't believe the hype!

I got up before dawn to go and watch England v Australia in the quater final of the rugby world cup.

Since England lost to South Africa, all I've heard is how Australia were going to murder England in today's game, how England were the worst world champions ever and according one of the Australia players England only have one world class player in the back line. I believe the average score predicted was 50+ points for Austrailia

I think we all know what pride comes before....

It wasn't a pretty game, and England didn't play entertaining football, but we're one step closer to the final and it's going to be a long flight back to Oz.

I was in Australia last weekend for the Bathurst 1000 touring car race. It was absolutely PRICELESS seeing how the Aussies reacted to the defeat at the hands of England.

They're so competitive. Being beaten is one thing. Being beaten in rugby is another. Being beaten in World Cup rugby is so much worse, and being beaten by the Poms in the RWC is akin to a national disaster. The headline on the Sydney Morning Herald? "The Smell of Death" HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
